About the Role:



We're running a

Brand Incubator Program

that helps new entrepreneurs start their own clothing brand for just ?49,999.
Your job is to

call the leads generated from Instagram & ads

, explain our offer, and

convert them into paying clients

.
You'll be the voice of KINGMAN -- turning dreamers into business owners

Key Responsibilities:



Call & follow up with

daily inbound leads

from social media campaigns Explain the ?49,999 Brand Incubator package clearly (product, website, marketing, etc.) Convince leads to

start immediately

using

credit card EMI or full payment

Maintain follow-up records and update client status in CRM Work with marketing & operations teams to onboard clients smoothly Hit weekly & monthly conversion targets (with incentives for every closure )

Required Skills:



Strong Tamil & English communication Confident in explaining offers and handling objections Experience in

sales / telecalling / counseling

is a plus Basic WhatsApp, Excel & CRM knowledge High energy, positive mindset & goal-oriented
