Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
Explain project offerings clearly and professionally.
Answer customer queries regarding pricing, location, and amenities.
Schedule & follow up on site visits.
Maintain call logs and update lead details in CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in telesales(real estate preferred).
Strong verbal communication in Hindi & English
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
Basic computer and CRM handling skills
