We are looking for serious, mature, and result-oriented Telecallers who are focused on driving actual sales conversions, not just generating lead counts. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and willing to go the extra mile to close deals and contribute to business growth.
? Key Responsibilities

• Call assigned leads and engage potential clients professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable real estate options

• Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into site visits and bookings

• Coordinate with Sales Managers for closures and client handling

• Maintain accurate call records and basic reporting in Excel

• Focus on quality conversions and revenue, not just call volume

• Build long-term relationships with prospective customers

Requirements
Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience (telecalling)

• Female candidates preferred

• Very good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus)

• Real estate experience is highly preferred

• Strong sales mindset with closure-focused attitude

• Only serious and mature candidates who are committed to performance and targets
