We are seeking a professional and proactive Telecaller - Sales Executive who can effectively handle both new sales calls and follow-ups with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken English, a polite and persuasive manner, and a customer-first approach to drive engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain product offerings clearly.
Follow up with existing customers, maintain good relationships, and resolve queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a daily call log, customer interaction history, and lead status reports.
Coordinate with the internal sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely support.
Maintain a professional tone in every customer interaction--verbal or written.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (preferred).
Fluency in English, Hindi with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Basic computer knowledge .
Good listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
