We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telemarketing Executives to drive delegate acquisition for our high-profile industry conferences. The role involves calling potential delegates, explaining event benefits, and converting them into confirmed participants.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential delegates from the given database to promote upcoming industry events and conferences.
Explain event details, benefits, and participation process in a professional and engaging manner.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure registration.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for delegate conversions.
Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the CRM or Excel tracker.
Work closely with the marketing and event teams to share feedback and improve outreach results.
Support post-event follow-up and relationship building with attendees.
