Key Responsibilities Handle outbound and inbound calls to promote company services and generate leads Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or products Follow up with potential clients and close sales over calls Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the sales manager Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English Fluency in Punjabi will be considered a strong advantage Strong listening and persuasion skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn Ability to work in a target-driven environment Quick learner with a positive and energetic attitude. Eligibility Experience more than one year in sales, telecalling, customer support, or voice process roles Freshers with great communication skills are encouraged to apply.
