Job Responsibilities
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
Follow up on leads and maintain regular customer contact
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
Coordinate with the sales and support team for order processing
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends
