enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller (Sales)
to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure closure.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate information to customers and maintain professionalism in every interaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months - 1 year of experience
in telesales/telecalling (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Strong
communication and convincing skills
(Hindi/English, additional languages are a plus).
Basic knowledge of
CRM tools, MS Excel, and lead management
preferred.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
