Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Tele Caller to join our CRM team. The role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and supporting sales and relationship management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calls
- Contact existing and potential customers to promote aluminium products.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders.
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
Inbound Calls
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide information on product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
CRM & Coordination
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Share customer feedback and insights with management.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Requirements
- Prior experience in inbound and outbound calling, preferably in B2B or industrial products.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
Salary
- Upto ?20,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
