Roles and Responsibilities: Tele caller (sales)



Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service Answer questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Complete monthly sales targets. Update customer information in the database. Take and process order in an accurate manner. Keep records of calls, sales & note useful information. Ability to learn about the products and services Provide information about our Ayurvedic products and services Guide customers towards suitable products for their well-being Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Follow-up with customers & internal team. Should be a good seller and understand the customer requirement and based on the same should be able to sale the product/medicine.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :



Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required Minimum 6 months experience with proof Candidates from science background/Healthcare is a plus not mandatory. Should be able to work full time (Part time & WFH not available) Sales skill Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure Strong Inbound / Outbound call handling Experience. Should be open minded and ready to learn. Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure. Cool- tempered & able to handle rejection. Good interpersonal & Communication skills

Duty time

- 10 AM - 7 PM
Monday to Saturday
Salary :- 14K to 20K (Depend upon interview and skills )
