Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Make outbound calls to potential students, engage with inbound inquiries, and follow up on warm leads.
Academic Counseling:
Provide detailed information on courses, admissions, fees, and career paths, helping students choose programs aligned with their goals.
Sales & Enrollment:
Convert prospects into enrolled students, process applications, and ensure smooth admission.
Reporting:
Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, conversions, and sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Proven background in telesales, telemarketing, or academic counseling, ideally in the education sector.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong listening and persuasive skills.
