Make outbound calls to schools, bookstores, and distributors to promote our company, Almond Books' publications
Answer customer queries and provide detailed product information
Maintain records of leads, prospects, and sales activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and nurture relationships with clients to drive repeat business
Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase sales
