Key Responsibilities:Telecaller Role:
Make
100+ outbound calls daily
to potential customers.
Maintain an
average call duration of 10 minutes
per call.
Explain product/service details clearly and professionally.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into appointments or sales.
Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly.
Achieve weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
