We are looking for dynamic and experienced Telecaller/Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role requires strong communication skills, proven sales ability, and prior experience in the IT industry. The right candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain IT products/services. Identify and generate qualified leads through effective communication. Maintain follow-ups with prospects and close sales. Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Handle customer queries and build long-term relationships. Update CRM and maintain accurate call records.

Requirements


----------------


Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate. At least 2 years of experience in

Sales/Telecalling

within an IT company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
