Key Responsibilities



Outbound Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers from a provided database to promote SAP products, services, and marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify and qualify sales leads by asking relevant questions to understand client needs and assessing their potential fit for SAP solutions.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's SAP offerings to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to prospects.

Customer Interaction:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and persuasive manner, building positive relationships.

Data Management:

Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, feedback, and lead statuses in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM).

Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volumes, lead generation, and sales conversions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine calling strategies, scripts, and improve overall campaign effectiveness.

Follow-ups:

Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
