RLT Edzaro Group is hiring Female Telecallers to support student counselling and admissions for our educationa divisions. The role involves interacting with prospective students, explaining course offerings, and assisting them in the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and handle inbound calls related to course enquiries Explain course structure, duration, fees, and career scope Counsel students and parents professionally Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions Maintain call records and update enquiry details regularly Coordinate with academic and admission teams Achieve admission and follow-up targets
Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates only Minimum qualification: Any Degree Good communication skills in Tamil & English (Hindi preferred) Basic computer knowledge Prior telecalling or counselling experience is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
