Executive Tele Sales Caller
to join our growing sales team at our NSP office.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients
Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed orders
Explain product features, pricing, and eco-friendly benefits clearly
Follow up with prospects to close sales and maintain relationships
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel
Coordinate with internal sales and dispatch teams for order execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in tele sales / inside sales
Prior experience in
B2B sales, FMCG, packaging, disposables, or manufacturing
preferred
Strong communication skills in
Hindi & English
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
Ability to work independently in an office environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
