Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to potential clients and explain the company's legal services (such as documentation, case support, share recovery, or compliance assistance).
Handle
inbound calls
and respond to client queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain a proper record of calls, client details, and follow-ups in CRM or call logs.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and legal professionals.
Follow up with clients on document submissions, payments, or service updates.
Assist in preparing basic communication drafts, reminders, and follow-up emails.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive company image.
Collaborate with the operations and legal teams for smooth client handling.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets set by the management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum Graduate in any stream (preferred: Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration).
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or client coordination (experience in legal, finance, or consultancy firms preferred).
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in
Hindi and English
