Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and provide information regarding airline services and group bookings.
Handle inbound queries and assist customers with flight-related information.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Work closely with the sales and operations team for smooth coordination.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Good communication skills in Hindi or English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
