Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students and parents regarding admission queries.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and understanding of student needs.
Follow up with leads from marketing and admin support teams.
Maintain call logs and ensure targets are met consistently.
Skills and Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Telesales, Counselling, or Education sector.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain professionalism.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
