Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller - Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for pitching our legal services, engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients and explain our legal services.

Pitch legal solutions effectively and convert inquiries into qualified leads.

Maintain and update the client database with accurate contact details and follow-up information.

Build and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.

Collaborate with the sales and legal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally with a focus on client needs and service quality.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (experience in the legal or service industry preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle rejections and work under target-driven environments.

Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of legal or professional services is an advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
