We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The Telecaller will play a vital role in building customer relationships and enhancing business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Explain products/services to customers and generate interest.
Maintain records of calls and update customer information in CRM/Excel.
Follow up on leads and close sales when possible.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide feedback to the team leader/manager on customer trends.
Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Target-driven and result-oriented.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 - ?15000 per month (depending on experience).
