We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/database
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly and persuasively
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Follow up with interested prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp
Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/sales records
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with team members and report feedback to management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Fluency in [insert language(s)]
Minimum education: [e.g., HSC / Graduate preferred]
