We are looking for young and dynamic Telecaller Sales Executives for our Patna office. You will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our loan products. If you're motivated and target-driven, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Generate leads & convert into sales for loan Products
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer support
Performance-Based Conditions:
- If minimum targets are not met in the first month, salary may be reduced by 50%
- If targets are missed for two consecutive months, salary may be adjusted as per "No Work No Pay"
- In the third month, non-performers will be offered a chance for permanent employment under internship norms
- Continued non-performance will result in internship completion, per company policy
