Generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups Manage Faizabad customer inquiries and deliver exceptional support Build and maintain strong customer relationships Convert potential leads into confirmed sales Collaborate with the Faizabad sales team to meet and exceed targets Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales progress Execute effective telesales strategies to achieve daily and monthly KPIs

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Experience in telesales or customer support in Faizabad is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Tech-savvy and familiar with basic CRM tools
