About the Role
We are looking for confident and talented tele sales professionals who can handle inbound/outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and manage client communication. No field visits required -- this is a complete office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
Handle warm leads provided by the company
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain services and the WHW Diet program clearly and confidently
Understand customer goals and recommend a suitable plan
Maintain follow-ups with leads until closure
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain call history and CRM updates after every call
Prepare and share daily sales reports with the Team Lead
Coordinate with the follow-up team after client onboarding
Skills & Requirements
MBA in Marketing preferred OR Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BTech, BE, BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, ME, MCom, MSc, MA - all streams accepted)
1-3 years of tele sales / BPO / inside sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Confident, polite and target-oriented personality
Must be willing to work fixed night shift (3:30 PM - 12:30 AM)
