We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Telecaller for our Sales Department at Manoj Multifoods Pvt Ltd. The primary responsibility will be to communicate with distributors and retail shops to provide timely updates on sales Officer visits, product rates, and to efficiently take orders over the phone. This role is ideal for female candidates who are fluent in Gujarati and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 100 calls daily to distributors and shop owners.
Intimate distributors in advance about the scheduled visits of Manoj Multifoods salespersons.
Update distributors and shops regarding the latest product rates and offers.
Collect and record orders from retail shops accurately and promptly.
Follow up with shops and distributors to ensure outstanding payments are collected in a timely manner.
Maintain a systematic record of calls, feedback, and order details.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of orders and visits.
Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors and retailers.
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidate preferred.
Fluency in Gujarati is prefered; basic Hindi and English communication will be an added advantage.
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above.
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales support will be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining call and order records
