We are looking for a passionate and self-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our sales team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, explain our products/services, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Pitch products/services clearly and persuasively over the phone Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions Follow up on leads and close sales Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets Handle customer questions and resolve queries politely and professionally Work closely with the sales team for strategy alignment

Requirements:

Good communication and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.) Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Previous telesales or customer service experience is a plus 12th pass or any graduate
