As a Telecaller at IPCS Global, you will be responsible for:
Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our services.
Building strong customer relationships with a customer-centric approach.
Handling inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Achieving monthly targets and contributing to team performance.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Insurance, Banking, or Educational sector (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Skills Required
Excellent verbal communication in Tamil & English (additional languages are a plus).
Active listening and problem-solving ability.
Persuasive speaking skills.
Sales & negotiation skills.
Time management and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Education
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
Additional training in sales, customer service, or communication is an advantage.
