Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries- Maintain a database of customer information and update records- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned- Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism on calls- Handle objections and negotiate effectivelyRequirements:- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English (preferred)- Basic computer knowledge- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus- Ability to work in a team and meet targets (ref:updazz.com)
