We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to interact with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound calls professionally
Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and customer details
Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times
Update CRM or call records regularly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role (preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional language added advantage)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach

0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred
