We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Telecaller
to handle inbound and outbound calls for our education academy. The role involves counseling students, promoting courses, and ensuring excellent student engagement and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses and admission processes
Handle inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and exam preparation
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
Maintain and update student data in CRM/system
Schedule counseling sessions and demo classes
Resolve basic queries and ensure high student satisfaction
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Coordinate with academic and admission teams
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or regional language
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp tools)
Ability to handle pressure and targets
Prior experience in education, sales, or telecalling is an advantage
