A Telecaller is an automobile franchise is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, explaining vechile features/ services, booking appointments and maintaining customer relationships to support sales and service teams.
Key Reponsiblities-
Lead generations and follow up Customer Co-ordination Customer Relationship Management Sales Support Communication and Reporting
Required Skills -
Excellent Communication Convincing and Negotiation Skills good Telephonic Etiquette Ability To Handle Customer Objections politely Basic Computer and CRM handling skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
