We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, follow up on leads, explain products or services, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Follow up with interested clients to close sales or appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism on calls.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle rejections and stay positive.
Fluency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.
Salary:
Based on experience and performance.
