Call potential customers to generate leads and explain products/services.
Maintain and update customer database.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments and closures.
Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Prior experience in telecalling or lead generation preferred.
