Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling
: Make persuasive calls to potential clients to introduce and explain company services.
Lead Generation
: Identify qualified leads and pass them to the sales team for follow-up.
Customer Engagement
: Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and provide relevant information.
CRM Management
: Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Sales Support
: Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly/monthly targets.
Product Knowledge
: Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in IT or tech services
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Goal-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
