Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential/existing customers to inform them about services.
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Schedule appointments for sales or service teams.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide feedback on customer trends to team leads or management.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Tech Knowledge)
Experience:
0-2 years of experience as a telecaller, telesales, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [English, Hindi].
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
Good listening skills and customer service orientation.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
Fluency in multiple languages.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (Monday to friday)
