Role Overview
We are seeking a
Telecaller
who will be the first point of contact for potential customers, partners, and leads. The role involves engaging with customers over calls, building rapport, explaining products and services, resolving queries, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
Explain products and services offered by Fabriclore in a clear and persuasive manner.
Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide support.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with call records and feedback.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate leads and support campaigns.
Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining a professional and courteous tone.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of telecalling / telesales / customer service experience.
Proficiency in
Hindi & English
(spoken and written).
Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and build positive customer relationships.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
