We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products/services, generate leads, and close sales or schedule appointment

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers Provide product/service information in a clear and engaging manner Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly Follow up with leads and ensure timely response Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated Basic computer knowledge Proficiency in [English / Hindi]
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
