Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for room and package reservations.
Provide accurate information about rooms, packages, facilities, and promotions.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Maintain guest details and booking records in the reservation system.
Coordinate with the reservations and front office team to ensure seamless guest experience.
Upsell packages, activities, and special offers.
Requirements:
Good command over spoken and written English.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with reservation software preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality reservations/telecalling will be an added advantage.
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Salary:
As per industry standards + incentives on bookings
