: Remote Sales Executive (UAE Banking Sector)

We are seeking highly motivated and disciplined

Tele calling Professionals

to join our remote sales team. You will be representing a leading

UAE-based Bank

, focusing on high-value financial products. This is a 100% Work-From-Home (WFH) position requiring a "hunter" mindset and excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Focus:

Identify and convert leads for

Business Loans

and

Corporate Current Accounts

.

Lead Management:

Use company-provided CRM software to manage your pipeline, log calls, and track conversions.

Consultative Selling:

Understand business needs and pitch appropriate UAE banking solutions to corporate clients.

Compliance:

Maintain strict adherence to banking ethics and communication standards.

Mandatory Performance Metrics (Talk Duration)

Success in this role is measured by both activity (talk time) and results (conversions).

Monday - Thursday:

90 minutes of talk time (Mandatory). Below 90 mins:Marked as Half-Day salary. Below 45 mins:Marked as Absent.

Friday:

60 minutes of talk time.

Saturday:

45 minutes of talk time.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a

Target-Based

salary structure designed for high achievers:

Base Target Salary:

?25,000

(Upon closing 4 accounts per month).

Incentives:

?3,000 bonus

for every account closed after the 4th account.

Activity Allowance:

?10,000

fixed per month for maintaining consistent 90-minute daily talk duration (Conditions apply).

Leave Policy:

Paid Leaves (PL) and Sick Leaves (SL) are available following the successful completion of the probation period.(2Month)

Note:

This is a strictly performance-based role. Zero account openings within the month results in zero salary payout.

Requirements & Skills

Languages:

Native-level fluency in

Hindi and English

is mandatory.

Experience:

Prior experience in banking sales, telecalling, or corporate sales is preferred.

Exclusivity:

Candidates must not be working with any other company or project.

Tech-Savvy:

Must have a stable internet connection and be comfortable using CRM software.
