Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Telecallers (Relationship Officer) to join our team at My Bank Shoppy. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining company services, generating leads, and delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customer and explain company products/services.

Maintain and updated customer information in the CRM system.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Handle customer queries professionally and accurately.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.

Maintain clear communication and provide a positive customer experience.

Required Skills

Good Communication skills (Tamil/English).

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Polite, Professional, and customer-friendly approach.

Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

Experience: 0-1 Year (Fresher encouraged to apply).

Qualification: Any Degree or +12 Pass.
