Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Sales & Support team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products, and assisting with queries to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote IT products. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively in the regional language. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via phone and email. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM systems. Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams for seamless customer experience. Provide post-sales support and collect customer feedback when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred). Fluency in Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu (must know at least one language). Basic proficiency in English and/or Hindi for internal communication. Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace/MS Office.
Educational Qualification

Minimum: 10+2 or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
