Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain and update customer database regularly.
Follow up on leads and maintain a call log.
Promote products/services over the phone.
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome guests/visitors in a professional manner.
Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and routing messages.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage visitor logs.
Assist with administrative tasks and clerical duties as needed.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Good telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, etc.).
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
Prior experience as a telecaller or receptionist is an advantage.
Proficiency in [English, Hindi, or other local language as required].

Working hours 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
