We are a 20+ year old medical supplies company serving hospitals, distributors, and OEM clients.
This is a full-time, in-office role.
Key Responsibilities: Telecalling (60%)
Make outbound calls to distributors/hospitals
Explain product details & offers
Maintain call logs in CRM/Excel
Follow up on leads shared by sales team
Send WhatsApp catalogs & offers
Fix appointments for field sales team
Receptionist (40%)
Attend incoming calls
Manage front desk and visitor handling
Coordinate with sales/accounts team
Organize documents
Basic office admin tasks
Handle courier/dispatch coordination (minimal)
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of telecalling or front-desk experience
Strong Hindi speaking skills (basic English is a plus)
Confident phone communication
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Able to join immediately or within 7 days
Comfortable with WhatsApp follow-ups & basic Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
