Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, greet visitors, and maintain front desk operations.
Call potential candidates for job openings and assist in the recruitment process.
Make outbound calls to clients for updates, feedback, and lead follow-ups.
Record and maintain daily call logs and visitor entries.
Assist the HR and marketing team with scheduling interviews and meetings.
Create short informative or promotional videos for the company's social media (training will be provided).
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and internal coordination.
Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and callers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, polite, and professional telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
Creative mindset -- ability to appear in or help create simple informative videos.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and multitasking ability.
Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
