Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller & Receptionist to join our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth front-desk operations.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments. Follow up with potential and existing clients. Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. Maintain client records and appointment logs. Process payments and manage billing queries. Handle emails, messages, and basic administrative tasks. Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a telecaller, receptionist, or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and handle client queries efficiently. Fluent in English, Hindi.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
