Answer incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and redirect calls to the concerned team.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales and marketing team
Follow up regularly with interested prospects to close sales or set appointments.
Record all conversations and maintain proper call records and reports.
