Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Noida real estate markets and a proven record in both residential and commercial property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into successful sales. Actively manage client relationships and build a strong network of prospects. Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest trends and property developments in Noida . Showcase properties to potential buyers and close deals efficiently. Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.
Requirements:

Must have in-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market. Proven experience in the sale of residential and commercial real estate projects. Good communication skills with a presentable personality. Must have a laptop and personal vehicle (for senior-level positions). A proven track record of previous real estate sales performance. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients. Strong negotiation and client handling skills.
