The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining real estate projects, generating interest, and fixing site visits for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a basic understanding of real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads.
Explain available real estate projects, features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable property options.
Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team.
Maintain follow-up communication to convert inquiries into site visits.
Update CRM / lead management system with call details and lead status.
Share daily call reports and site visit confirmations with the sales manager.
Maintain a professional tone and provide excellent customer service.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum
1 year of tele calling experience
, preferably in real estate or sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
Basic understanding of real estate projects, locations, and offerings.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
Good follow-up skills and time management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate calling is an advantage.
Knowledge of CRM tools or lead-tracking software.
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
